PRIVACY & COOKIES · UPDATED 31 OCTOBER 2026
Your information.
HTS Systems (Hawl Tech Solution Systems), based in the West Midlands, United Kingdom, is responsible for how it uses the enquiries you send to it. Contact hello@htssystems.co.uk with privacy questions.
Enquiries and consultation requests
The contact form prepares an email in your email application. You decide whether to send it. Your name, reply address, business details, message and any preferred appointment time are included in that draft. Form answers are not submitted to or stored in a database on this website. Consultation requests are subject to confirmation.
When you send an enquiry, we use the information to respond, discuss your requirements, arrange a consultation and, where agreed, provide services. We rely on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, as applicable. We do not add you to marketing lists without an appropriate basis.
Email providers and hosting
Messages sent to our domain email address are forwarded through Namecheap to our Gmail inbox. Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. These providers may process information such as email content, IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and secure their services. Your own email provider also handles messages you send. Providers may process data outside the UK subject to their applicable privacy terms and transfer arrangements.
Project planner
The brief planner creates a text file on your device. It does not send the brief to us. You can choose to share it separately. Avoid entering passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records into either form.
Cookies and analytics
The HTS website code does not add advertising cookies, visitor analytics, tracking pixels or browser-based form storage. Hosting and access services may use essential technical features under their own policies. Fonts use your device’s available fonts rather than an external font service.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to answer them, manage the relationship and meet applicable obligations. Contract, invoice and project records may need to be kept longer. Contact us to ask about or request deletion of an enquiry. We limit access to business information and do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw it. Email us to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
We will update this notice if the website’s features or information practices change. New project services may require additional information and terms.
